When I was twenty years old I came down the stairs on Christmas morning to a fluffy golden retriever under the tree, at that moment I had no idea how he would change my life. My dog Wagner and I visited a nursing home every week, he was the highlight to their day. He passed away a few years ago and my Husband and I  knew right away that our family needed to always include a Golden. I have cried into that fur through a divorce, and through a miscarriage! The love of a dog is truly like no other, they love without asking questions.

My husband Brad is an Engineer and works from home and throughout the state of Florida. I am a worship leader at our local Church and we homeschool our Children. We love to be home more than most, and home to us is better with lots of Golden retrievers. The personal connection of finding the perfect home for our babies is such a joy to us and we hope that Homeward Bound has your forever Golden.
